Mission:
As a Finance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper accounting processing of business transactions as well as accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

Checking and recording incoming invoices
Preparation of the payment run
Processing of reminders
Account clarification of creditors
Posting the cash register
Preparation and recording of outgoing invoices
Support with annual financial statements, audits and tax audits

What we are looking for:

Commercial training/degree in the field of accounting
Professional experience in a corresponding or equivalent position
Very good German and good English skills
Existing knowledge: HGB, VAT law. SAP knowledge is an advantage
Willingness to take responsibility, ability to work in a team and flexibility
Confident appearance, good contact and cooperation behaviour, persuasiveness, analytical and systematic way of working
