We collaborate with universities and business schools by taking part in Forums and Employment Fairs to promote our company among the university community, providing information on our offers, training programmes and the company’s vision. These initiatives bring our organisation closer to students, recent graduates and jobseekers in general, allowing us to collect CVs in person and on our web platform.
JUNIOR ENGINEERING PROGRAM
Grupo Antolin knows that one of the factors of success lies in its capacity to attract knowledge and “young talent” by offering special graduate work experience programmes. The benefit of these programmes is twofold: we can recruit future professionals to the company and give young people their first job opportunity, where they can promote themselves and learn how to operate in a business context, contributing the knowledge they have acquired throughout their studies.
DUAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES
A programme for technical profiles who can train in the technologies required in Grupo Antolin’s industrial environment, favouring their following a technical career. This initiative is complemented by various Dual Training Centres, both in Spain and abroad, one specifically close to our headquarters in Burgos, created in order to train young people in Grupo Antolin technology and processes and thus contribute to generating qualified employment..
