Senior Account Manager

  • Report to Antolin China Sales Director.
  • Participate actively in department meetings.
  • Set up and follow up in a regular basis KPIs to measure the efficiency of commercial activity. Set up action plans accordingly.
  • Existing business maintenance and achieve the sales target.
  • Manage the new RFQ and get the target business, follow the Grupo Antolin procedure leading the phase 0 on time.
  • Business Development for the new customer and new strategy product, increase market shares.
  • Involve the strategy plan, business plan and budget plan for related customer.
  • Limit LTA Negotiations according to targets
  • Avoid overdue receivables from customers.
