Duties and responsibilities:
1. SAP internal consultant, provide SAP technical support to SAP users: including customized report，new business requirement analysis, process improvement advice, technical documentation, etc.
2. SAP operation management: including troubleshooting, data integrity insurance, user account, authorization management and key user training. Coordinate with global SAP team to address the local needs and solve the daily issues in Myticket App.
3. Project Management: Provide project management and Coordinate for newly implemented or changed SAP system projects.
