Mission:

The Senior Engineer will plan, organize, and control increased productivity projects from conceptual stages through production cycles in order to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. This person will also investigate current operations practices and scope, develop and implement changes that will improve operational productivity, and provide subject matter expertise.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Increase operational productivity in the plastics operation.
  • Designing & modifying as per customer requirements to achieve its function considering interface packaging, manufacturing and assembly aspects.
  • Responsible for providing technical solutions to customer (related to design, manufacturing and process).
  • Responsible to follow up all the standard work procedures, methodologies etc during the works.
  • Maintain current CAD file management practices. Learn and gain product knowledge.
  • To release the design data in the system as per required product data management system within project timeline.
  • Responsible to achieve the desired quality of work delivered within the given time & date.

 

What we are looking for:

  • B.E Mechanical/Automobile - Preferred, Diploma Mechanical/Automobile.
  • 8 years to 15 years of experience.
  • Good exposure in Interior Plastics.
  • International projects Exposure and International Clients will be added advantage.
  • Expertise in Catia V5.
