Mission:

The aim of this position is develop designs for projects and modify existing products or designs to increase efficiency or improve performance.

Responsibilities:

Development and management of the vaccination plan with OEM and customer
Ensuring compliance with relevant customer standards - requirements
Consideration of FMEA results in the validation plan
Monitoring, evaluation and documentation of test results
Creation of suggestions for improvement based on the test results
Evaluation of the customer's change requests with the project manager,
Participation in acquisition projects
Management of external suppliers after consultation with supplier quality GA
Discussion of the test results at the customer's site (consultation with the Quality GA department)
Filling of the reporting system for costs / deadlines and measures
Creation of "Validation" decision aids for Burgos
Summary of activities in Burgos with the aim of reducing travel costs
Decision-making powers:
Project-related decisions regarding the validation process (in consultation with customers)
Make decisions within budget responsibility
 

What we are looking for:

ACADEMIC EDUCATION - Engineering grade or equivalent / Engineering Master Degree

PROFFESIONAL EXPERIENCE - Experience in Automotive sector at least 3 years / Experience as          

                                                      Interior Trim Product Engineer at least 3 years

PERSONAL ABILITIES - Analytical skills, Hard working, Team working spirit, Communication skills, 

                                                Decisions maker capabilities, Proactivity / Self motivated.
