Mission:

The aim of this position is to work on New Product Development, provide technical coaching product/technology/process expertise to the team members.

 

Responsibilities:
• Work experience in Automotive products.
• Expertise in CATIA in 3D modelling ,Drafting & Surfacing design.
• knowledge of GD&T and its application.
• Plastic Material and design knowhow.
• Basic command know how in UG-NX.
• Data Management in PLM or know how about PLM.
• Profile should have worked as project coordinator. Should be able to communicate with customer as well as project CFT flawlessly.
 

'Window Regulator Product experience to be considered as first preference.

 Second preference will be designer having experience into designing of automotive interior plastic components.

 

What we are looking for:

  • B.E Mechanical/Automobile - Preferred, Diploma Mechanical/Automobile.
  • Sound technical knowledge and experience in design and development of Mechanical products like sheet metal products (prefered), cast/machined products, plastic products and relevant product standards such as UL, IEC, etc.
  • Should have good knowledge on different product design tools environment like CAD, Solid works, ERP system, SAP.
  • Experience must include hands on experience with design of products from concept to commercialization including and not limited to part detailing and designing, component and material selection, drawing creation, 3D modeling of parts/assemblies and 2D dimensioning and tolerance of parts, protyping and validation
