JIRA Solutions Analyst

Deliver new solutions required by the Organization under JIRA CLOUD framework while ensuring an adequate communication with stakeholders and change management with users

'- Analyze new Company demands to JIRA team, align them with Corporate Strategy & Best Practices and define potential course of actions.
- Design JIRA solutions to be implemented internally or by other third parties.
- Implement and mantain automations linked to JIRA Cloud environment using state of the art solutions like Low-Code development solutions like Power Apps, Logic Apps, Jira Automation os Scriptrunner for JIRA and scripting in Groovy, Powershell,...
- Collaborate in existing code debugging & optimization + process improvement.
- Solutions testing and rollout
- Support JIRA users on technical or functional issues on the existing environments and train them on specific functionalities if required
- Represent a key figure in change management initiatives related to JIRA environments, supporting in the definition of clear communication strategies + accompany stakeholders during whole process.
- Help other team members with their functions and responsibilities.

ACADEMIC EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, or related field BE/BTech/MCA

PROFFESIONAL EXPERIENCE - 3 - 5 years of relevant Experience

Technical Skills -

Develop custom plugins, add-ons, and integrations for Jira using frameworks such as Atlassian SDK, REST APIs, and JavaScript.

Implement automation solutions using Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, or other scripting languages to streamline processes, trigger actions, and enforce business rules.

Experience with Jira REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting languages for automation.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and configuration problems to ensure optimal performance and reliability of Jira instances.

Rovide training, documentation, and support to users, administrators, and stakeholders on Jira functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

Strong understanding of Jira plugins development using Java, Groovy, or JavaScript.

Familiarity with Jira Data Center, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery configurations.
