Mission:

The aim of this position is to ensure accurate inventory counts and levels.

 

 

Essential Functions of Role:

  • Supervisory Capacity:      Direct Reports:  1-5
  • Provide hourly update of the production situation at the customer.
  • Review the last production on the three sequence lines.
  • Review dispatch of the three commodities.
  • Follow transport requirement and making sure the delivery arrived at customer in timely manner to avoid run out at customer.
  • Update hourly Buffer Monitor.
  • Follow the escalation procedure when potential risk to the continuity of the supply between Antolin and the customer.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly physical inventory.
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, customers, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

 

Educational Requirement:    High School Graduate or Equivalent

Area of Study:     General Studies

(Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.)

 

Years of Experience Required:

  • Less Than 1 Minimum Years of Experience with dock activities, shipping, receiving, window times, and warehousing processes including inventory, First In, First Out (FIFO), and visual aids.
  • Less Than 1 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry in a plant, preferred.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Language Required:  English (Fluency with Reading, Writing, Speaking).
  • Excellent knowledge of cycle count tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of IATF 16949 Logistics Standards, ISO 14001, ISO 45001Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Good knowledge of heavy machinery certifications (forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of fork trucks and operations/maintenance management.
