ININ02-Process engineer
.The Process Engineer is the key, on-site technical expert within an assigned technology. They are responsible for developing processes, setting process parameters and tolerances, evaluating and implementing engineering changes, maintaining updated control plan and PFMEA documents, continuous improvement, and statistical analysis of data to improve productivity, scrap and downtime.
'Review injection molding and assembly manufacturing processes for material savings, scrap reduction, material-handling reduction, and operator efficiency improvements, making recommendations, and implementing.
Follow the corporate procedures that relate to TS requirements, process cards, and Quality Operations Systems.
Provide continuous technical direction and manufacturing support for the production processes by setting process parameters and tolerances, and maintaining control plan and PFMEA documents.
Implement process equipment modifications to increase productivity and machine reliability.
Coordinate efforts with product engineering, manufacturing and quality functions to implement production improvement projects.
Adjust, monitor and document technical processes. Responsible for supervisor training for new or modified manufacturing processes.
Work with the team to troubleshoot and develop production methods that are efficient and safe.
Represent Antolin Shelby in a professional manner at customer and supplier locations.
Abides by all health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations promoting safety in the workplace.
Provide "on-call" trouble shooting and process control support for assigned area. Lead scrap and downtime reduction and other cost reduction improvements. Provide production and operating reports to the team and help resolve technical problems to ensure minimal operation delays.
