Manufac. Quality Tech. (INCA06)

Functions / Tasks:

-Ensure all quality inspections are conducted and completed to the required instructions.
-Ensure required traceability and identifications are completed and in place.
-Ensure all product and process audits are completed per instructions.
-Working knowledge of basic measuring devices—calipers, micrometers, and scales
-Train self- certified operators.
-Ensure associates conduct appropriate product and process evaluations.
-Verify Error Proofing logs
-Assist production and suppliers in organizing sorts and containments
-Maintain order and cleanliness of laboratory – reporting to Quality Laboratory Supervisor
-Maintains testing, record keeping per Quality Laboratory Supervisor and company Record Retention Matrix in regards to anything to do with the laboratory and testing they are performing

ACADEMIC EDUCATION (minimum / desirable)			GED / High School
PROFFESIONAL EXPERIENCE (minimum / desirable)			1 / 2 years experience in a quality position
