INMA01-Maintenance Manager

Functions / Tasks:

-Develop and help in development of yearly, 3 year and 5 year budgets for expendable and capital equipment. Also develop improvement programs and training plans.
-Develop a preventative maintenance plan for all key equipment in plant based on manufacturers’ recommendation and data collected form breakdowns entered in SAP system.
-Control all incoming customer assets, assigning customer asset numbers, and insuring proper storage of assets.
-Responsible for compliance with all governmental regulations pertaining to environmental, health, and safety. Insures applicable regulations and subsequent permits are in place and current.
-Responsible for all new building construction, including installation of new equipment and ensuring contractors follow safety rules and regulations.
-Establishment of tool identification, defining the status, such as production, repair, or disposal on all tooling as notified of its arrival.
-System Requirements - Comply with the requirements of the companies Quality Manual, Environmental Manual, procedures, and instructions.
-Assist in development of environmental objectives and targets
