Mission:  

 

As a Product Engineer at Antolin, you will play a key role in the development and improvement of automotive interior products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. This position requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 - Develops and conducts training sessions as required to ensure quality assurance activities/systems are understood and implemented.

 
 - Trains and directs associates engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
 - Ensures implementation of related activities of the control plans and makes all revisions that are required.      
 - Investigates and verifies corrective action for internal and external concerns as required.          
 - Customer visits are required and report all related findings as needed.            
 - Ensure dimensional verification of product as required.              
 - Conduct vendor audits as required.                  
 - Ensuring the quality system; which meets the Chinese Compulsory Certification requirements (CCC)  are established, implemented, and maintained"
 - Ensuring that the products with the compulsory certification mark are produced in conformity with the standards according to which they have been certified.
 - Establishing documented procedures to ensure that Compulsory certification marks are kept and used appropriately.      
  -Establishing documented procedures to ensure that the compulsory certification mark is not affixed on any non-conforming product or changed product that was not notified to the certification body.
 - Supervises Quality Auditors for any testing, training, record keeping, and laboratory order and cleanliness in regards to anything to do with the laboratory and testing they are performing
 - Ensure all charting is in compliance with the guidelines of the Statistical Process Control Manual.        
 -  Ensure all applicable SPC requirements are in place and understood.            

 -  With the assistance of each applicable department, develops and implements SPC charting.

 

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma / Degree in Engineering or 3 years experience in related field.

- 3 years experience in the automotive/ engineering/ quality sector

- Technical capacity, organizational skills, problem solving/analytical, time management, collaboration, performance management, leadership.
