Mission:
To protect our organization's digital assets and ensure secure access for authorized users, the Cybersecurity IAM Specialist will develop, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. By leveraging their expertise in Cybersecurity best practices and IAM technologies, they will play a crucial role in safeguarding our systems and data against unauthorized access, breaches, and cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions that meet the security requirements and business needs of the organization.
- Develop IAM security policies Conduct security risk assessments and IAM audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement IAM security controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Research and evaluate new IAM technologies and tools to continuously improve the organization’s security posture.
- Provide technical support and training to end users on the safe use of IAM systems and services.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation and administration of IAM solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of authentication, authorization and identity management technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, etc.
- Experience in configuring IAM security policies, including MFA, CAC and identity federation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, will be positively valued.
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or another related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technological infrastructure management positions.
- Proficiency in English: level C1 or higher.
- Communication and adaptability skills: ability to communicate effectively with different interlocutors, both internal and external, and to adapt to different environments and situations
