INCA06 Manufacturing Quality Tech (Engineer)

System Requirements

To comply with the requirements of the companies’: Quality Policy Manual, Procedures, and Instructions that apply to the Quality Assurance Department.

Minimum Education, Skills, Experience

College Degree OR min. High School Diploma
Experience working at least during 4 years in manufacturing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

Control of productive process and product (Parameters, Quality of product, performance of workers on key working stations, Control Quality wall, etc...) Keeping of GA quality standards.
Management of internal Scrap ( Analyze problems and implement actions to reduce the scrap)
Management of external Scrap, Management of External Quality walls, (Analyze problems and implement actions to reduce the scrap)
Management of Validation plans. (Analyze non conformities and implement actions to avoid or improve the failed test from VP)
Management of Documents on the line (Visual Aids , Control Guide lines on Key working stations)
Management of Dossier AQPP of the project responsible for according G.A. Procedures.
Management and Keeping of PPAP documents according to G.A. Procedures ( Initial Samples to Customer )
Project management together with project team, helping to solve any problem regarding the project.
Management of Customer. (G. Antolin Customer or External Customer)
To lead a team or task force when necessary to analyze non conformities, problems difficult to solve or complaints.
Abidance by GA rules
Management of internal and External Audits
Application of customer requirements
Supporting of customer’s improvements/modifications or changes according to GA standards.
Fulfilment of any new task, activity or projects assigned by quality manager or assigned by the management team.
Management of Suppliers when necessary (Complaints, modifications, improvements etc...)

Statistical Process Control

Ensure all charting is in compliance with the guidelines of the Statistical Process Control Manual.
Ensure all applicable SPC requirements are in place and understood.
With the assistance of each applicable department, develops, and implements SPC charting
