The duties apply to the person who as a Quality Technician in Antolin Louisville facilities.
-Supervises and assists in training the production workers when required due to the customer complaints.(RED TABLE)
- To perform controls and verification of the final product every 2 hours, efficiently in order to detect internally any mayor defect that would be a complaint at customer facility, in order to contain any potential complaint into LVL&2 facility.
Main responsibility of the Quality Inspector, is to avoid that on LVL&2 production lines, are produced NOK parts for a period of time bigger than 2 hours.
- To manage and record regular controls/verifications regarding aspect, dimensions, according to the specifications ( Checking fixtures, Visual aids and control guide lines ) regularly according to the schedule, professionally, and on timely manner.
- To manage and record regular controls/verifications due to Customer Complaints.
- Ensure dimensional, aspect and functional verification of product as required.H44
- Assist to production, engineering, or logistic team, on solving quality issues when required.
- Investigates and verifies corrective action for internal and external concerns as required.
- Develops and conducts training sessions as required to ensure quality assurance activities/systems are understood and implemented.
- Trains and directs associates engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
- Ensure all charting is in compliance with the guidelines of the Statistical Process Control Manual.
- Ensure all applicable SPC requirements are in place and understood.
- With the assistance of each applicable department, develops, and implements SPC charting
- Any other duties/tasks assigned by the Quality Manager
