Mission:
For our location in Auburn Hills, Michigan, we are seeking an Operational Excellence Transformation Coordinator in the field of interior automotive design. The focus of the position is to provide support for and guide development of continuous improvement projects in our manufacturing locations, and promote understanding and practical applications of lean principles. Works with management as well as line plant staff in manufacturing, maintenance and QA.  This role may support the Antolin Headliners Division or Plastics Division.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Network configuration management: LAN&WAN, Routing and Switching CISCO, Firewalling (market leaders), Riverbed Accelerator.
  • Network monitoring technologies (e.g. SNMP, Net Flow, Flow analysis, streaming telemetry).
  • Ensure system backups are running in case of a security attack.
  • Manage information and data access.
  • Support, configure and install network devices.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Engineering Process Expert.
  • 2 years of relevant network operation and/or engineering experience.
  • Intermediate experience with network operations in one or more areas, including datacenter, backbone, edge, and/or cloud networking.
  • Experience with network configuration management: LAN&WAN, Routing and Switching CISCO, Firewalling (market leaders), Riverbed Accelerator.
  • Experience with network monitoring technologies (e.g. SNMP, NetFlow, Flow analysis, streaming telemetry).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write detailed design documents.
