Mission: (Brief statement of job’s primary purpose. Maximum of 2-4 sentences):

The aim of this position is to provide leadership and guidance in executing the daily maintenance tasks that are required in order to keep the machines operating at peak performance levels.

 

 

Essential Functions of Role:

  • Supervisory Capacity:      Direct Reports:  16-20
  • Coordinate and schedule manpower and materials to meet maintenance requirements
  • Conduct root cause analysis of downtime issues to prevent recurrence
  • Execute prioritized daily maintenance activities (predictive, preventive and crisis maintenance)
  • Document all maintenance activities (crisis and planned); provide quality assurance of MFM inputs to enable in-depth data analysis
  • Control and monitor oil, water, and energy usage
  • Manage and maintain support systems
  • Maintain housekeeping in all maintenance areas and cabinets

What we are looking for:

 

Educational Requirement:    Technical School

Area of Study:    Industrial Maintenance Technology

(Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.)

  • Hydraulics
  • Electrical
  • Pneumatics

 

 

Years of Experience Required:

  • 5-9 Minimum Years of Experience with Industrial Maintenance.
  • 1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Language Required:  English (Fluency with Reading, Writing, Speaking)

 

Travel Required:    5-25%
