INGP03-Shift Supervisor

•Guarantee correct transmission of the info between shifts and facilitates start of next shift, including  OPT (Works post observation) needed due to operators on training, problems under analysis in Red Table that requires customer protection and new products industrialization.

•Monitor and address safety & environmental concerns on the shop floor.

•Monitor quality issues toward our goal of zero defects.

•Control overtime to achieve a goal of 0 hours.

•Improve efficiency.

•Perform daily scrap reviews.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

•Manufacturing program reception. Put in place the lines installment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

•Personnel distribution and mobility, ensuring trained workers as per multiskills matrix.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

•Observance of productive processes.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

•Total Quality.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

•MOD performance follow up and evolution.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

•External rejections analysis and restraint control.

•Collaboration with Engineering regarding planning, assembly and start up of new projects...
