Corporate Innovation leads at global level the process creation and activities related of new solutions from technology assessment, market analysis and valuation of new solutions to research, pre-development, validation, and achievement of the first RFIs/RFQs.

 

Mission:

 

In an international team, the primary duties of a Customer Innovation Manager (as Innovation KAM Manager) include medium term development and retaining the most valuable customers. This will include nurturing relationships with them on a continuous basis, a Customer Innovation Manager will be both a strategic partner, as well as advisor, to customer and particularly with the design and advanced engineering teams to provoke and support the development and sales of Innovation projects and solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Define and lead a 3-year Innovation strategy for Intelligence, solutions development/sales, tech brand and networking in your customer / territory.
  • Under Global Innovation Strategy guide, responsible of sales of first RFIs/RGQs of Innovative solutions
  • Market/customer intelligence in Innovation and networking development of auto/mobility innovation local ecosystem (customers, suppliers, startups, technical centres …)
  • Lead Innovation workshops with our customers, employees … our groups of interest in your customer / territory to improve Antolin’s tech brand and customer relationship.
  • Involvement in Mobility Conferences, Motor Shows, Fairs, Events …  (Be part of the event to connect with the network)
  • Potentially, co-innovation project management for Innovation Project on your customer / territory
  • Work very close and coordinated to/with Commercial, Engineering …, leading local and global organization in his targets.

 

What we are looking for: (skills and capabilities)

 

  • Native French speaker, excellent (Level C2) English skills.
  • Engineering or Science/master’s degree will be a must. Open minded to innovative solutions, proactive in new technology proposals to achieve customer expectations.
  • Above 7 years of experience. Understanding of the OEMs’ innovation orientations, especially on long term. Good knowledge of the automotive field and the Grupo Antolin environment. Ideally with an automotive experience Advanced Engineering in OEMs.
  • Excellent feeling for the input and output communication especially with clients. Enjoy building relationships. Personal skills to manage functional organization. Independent way of working combined with the basic attitude of achieving the project goal together in a team.
