<font _mstmutation="1">Position Title: Maintenance Technician
<font _mstmutation="1">Job Responsibilities:<br _mstmutation="1" /> 1. Perform daily maintenance and periodic servicing of injection molds. <br _mstmutation="1" /> 2. Troubleshoot and repair injection molds, replace wear-prone components, and ensure mold quality meets production requirements. <br _mstmutation="1" /> 3. Address quality issues arising from molds during the injection molding process. <br _mstmutation="1" /> 4. Coordinate with suppliers (when necessary) to determine maintenance plans and inspect/approve repair outcomes. <br _mstmutation="1" /> 5. Manage spare parts inventory for mold wear-prone components and submit procurement requests for replacements. <br _mstmutation="1" /> <br _mstmutation="1" /> Qualifications:<br _mstmutation="1" /> 1. Technical secondary school diploma or higher; preference given to candidates with a background in mechanical or mold engineering. <br _mstmutation="1" /> 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic mold manufacturing and maintenance. <br _mstmutation="1" /> 3. Proficient in plastic mold theory and operations. <br _mstmutation="1" /> 4. Overhead crane operation certificate is a plus. <br _mstmutation="1" /> 5. This role requires working in rotating shifts, including night shifts.
