OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE REGIONAL MANAGER

LOCATION: SOUTH REGION (ESTADO DE MEXICO / PUEBLA / SILAO / TLAXCALA )

Profile:

- Lean Manufacturing experience

- Shop floor experience, seniority internally recognized

- Teamwork skills, focus on continuous improvement - try out new ideas and keep and open mind

- Plus to have: digital enablers knowledge such as MPS-Mobile Production System

 

Functions:

- Capable to define and provide best practices and information to be shared by a repository

- Apply Lean manufacturing methodology

- Implement ideas that applies to same product/process 

- Capture improvement  in actual standards from local experts, with visits to plants, to learn and define new practices

- Provide extensive on-site support & trainning

- Participate in regular exchange - bring together relvant people regularly to exchange  on challenges and winning solutions)

 

What we are looking for:

  • Teamwork and Collaboration.
  • Continuous Improvement Methods.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Digital Enablerrs Knowledge (MPS).
  • Experience working in high volume or mass production manufacturing environments.
  • CI Experience including working knowledge of 5S, RCA, Kaizen, GEMBA Walks, Layered Audits, Boardwalks, etc.
  • Experience facilitating training.
  • IATF 16949.
  • ISO 9001.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, VISIO, Office 365, Power BI, SharePoint).
