Mission:
Project Manager/Consultant specializing in SAP SSFF
Responsibilities:
- Define the System strategy related to HR.
- Bridging the gap between technical teams and business.
- Analyzing requirements with the functional area, selecting, or coordinating external implementation teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Design and execution of tendering processes: Incorporation of purchasing requisitions without a frame contract, tender strategy and planning, risk analysis, tendering, pre-selection, negotiation, and preparation of award decisions as well as contract implementation and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree, or equivalent.
- Experience in consulting and knowledge of applications in the SAP SSFF field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the role.
- Additional knowledge/training:
- Understanding of general HR flows and their architecture and interrelationships.
- Knowledge in SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Succession, Compensation, Reporting, Performance, and Goals. Valued: Certification in any of the modules, Knowledge of permissions administration in the system, familiarity with SSFF development tools (BTP), knowledge in SAC.
- Knowledge in SAP HR basic modules
- Familiarity with payroll applications and their integration with Core HR systems (ADP, SAP, etc.).
- Knowledge in SAP Fieldglass
- High level: English and Spanish.
- Project management in dynamic environments, motivation to quickly learn new technologies, strong customer orientation, sense of responsibility, analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork, team management and communication skills.
