Mission:

 

As part of the “Transformation Management Office (TMO)” you will have cross functional view of Antolin and challenges, keeping the correct drumbeating of different initiatives. You will be supporting and pushing different areas to meet our ambition from processes, financial and deadlines perspective. Fully committed with the transformation is a must.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Define standards. Apply methodologies and managerial tools used for the administration and management of projects, relying on international standards which allows projects to be started and completed by successfully executing each of the life cycle processes.
  • Establish management methods for each project.
  • Supervise the projects, auditing these jobs and will create a common framework for all project managers. Therefore, it deals with managing and centralizing the results of the work of those responsible for each of the projects carried out by the company.
  • Dealing with conflicts between projects. Make decisions about which is the highest priority, which is most urgent or which is most important, and allocate adequate resources to them.
  • Manage resources to planning a project and find solutions.

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same or similar role.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate with all levels of management and project stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
