Mission:

The aim of this position is to achieve customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of the plant’s production processes and adherence to the quality system.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Customer quality direct contact
  • Customer satisfaction and customer experience (CS/CX)
  • Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP)
  • Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (AMFE)
  • Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Product Part Approval Process (PPAP)
  • Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
  • Customer claims management
  • Problem Solving (8D, Ishikagua, 5Why, 4M’s,…)
  • Quality related KPI follow up and reporting.
  • Product and process changes
  • Lessons Learned
  • Product / Process Audits

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • 2 Years of experience.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated, able to manage multiple deliverables.
  • A challenging and enquiring mindset.
  • Enjoy building relationships.
