Mission:

 

Project Manager/Consultant specializing in SAP HCM-SSFF

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define the System strategy related to HR.
  • Bridging the gap between technical teams and business.
  • Analyzing requirements with the functional area, selecting, or coordinating external implementation teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects.
  • Design and execution of tendering processes: Incorporation of purchasing requisitions without a frame contract, tender strategy and planning, risk analysis, tendering, pre-selection, negotiation, and preparation of award decisions as well as contract implementation and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical degree, or equivalent.
  • Experience in consulting and knowledge of applications in the SAP HCM field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the role.
  • Additional knowledge/training: Understanding of general HR flows and their architecture and interrelationships. Knowledge in SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Succession, Compensation, Reporting, Performance, and Goals. Valued: Certification in any of the modules, Knowledge of permissions administration in the system, familiarity with SSFF development tools (BTP), knowledge in SAC. Knowledge in SAP HR basic modules. Familiarity with payroll applications and their integration with Core HR systems (ADP, SAP, etc.). Knowledge in SAP Fieldglass.
  • High level: English and Spanish.
  • Project management in dynamic environments, motivation to quickly learn new technologies, strong customer orientation, sense of responsibility, analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork, team management and communication skills.
