Besançon Technical Centre (TC) develops increasingly complex indoor and outdoor lighting projects in cooperation with other TCs (US, Europe, China and India) and factories (France, Romania, Germany, China).

The ANTOLIN Besançon site (480 people including temporary staff) brings together a wide range of project players and injection, electronic assembly (CMS) and assembly workshops, which will open up your field of knowledge.

 

 

Mission:

We are looking for a Project Quality Engineer to join Nicolas PAUTET's team!

On projects such as ambient lighting, reading lights, 3rd Stop Lamp, charge indicator

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Analysing customer specifications
  • Analysing project risks
  • Define and monitor the product and process validation plan
  • List of special caracteristics
  • Define and draw up prototype, pre-production and series monitoring plans
  • Define, monitor and accept means of control
  • Monitor production launches (quality alerts, scrap rates...)
  • Acting as the point of contact between the customer, the plant and the project on all quality issues
  • Reporting to management
  • Taking part in consultations / RFQ
  • Organize, lead and follow up internal and customer meetings
  • Analyse test and production results
  • Present analyses for decision-making purposes
  • Report any risks you identify: product, planning, etc.
  • Leading problem solving and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Short trips in France and Europe are to be expected (one per month).

 

 

What we are looking for:

 

Hard skills :

  • Master's degree or engineering school in mechanics and/or electronics.
  • First experience in quality, at least during an internship, in the automotive industry
  • Product and process FMEA, statistical tools (R&R, CmK, CpK, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office Pack (Windows, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • English required (B2), another language a plus: Spanish, German, Italian, Romanian, Czech

 

Soft skills :

  • Curious and dynamic
  • Autonomous (taking the initiative - seeking out information to learn and be able to respond to project needs)
  • Rigorous and methodical
  • Teamwork, good communication skills, sense of responsibility, functional management, leading meetings
  • Concerned about customer satisfaction and meeting their requirements
