Your main missions:

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating company system audits, company process audits, QMS application reviews and assessments, QMS reporting, QMS training

 

 

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the application of Customer and ANTOLIN management standards in achieving Customer satisfaction objectives

- Lead with senior management the implementation of the quality management system in the company with all relevant departments, coordinating internal and external audits of the system (certification and customers).

- Carry out training and awareness raising for QMS users as needed.

- Carry out training on QMS modifications to all personnel involved in the company ensuring the implementation.

- Support any QMS user in case of doubts, questions...be the reference in their Company. - Ensure documentary control of the QMS and management of specific documentation.

- Promote the continuous improvement of the QMS through proposals and serve as a channel to transfer them to the company's quality management.

- Carry out regular evaluations of performance and compliance with the quality management system in the company. - Measure and send QMS reports to management on QMS status - Conduct company systems audits and annual process audits.

- Legal database support

- Inclusion of all audits in the audit plan

 

 

What we are looking for:

From bac +2 to Bac+5 training, you have a first experience in a similar function or in the field of quality, ideally in the industry of at least two years. You know how to master audit and group facilitation techniques as well as problem solving methods/tools. You have rigor, you like teamwork and you know how to take initiative. Fluency in English is required to hold this position. Position to be filled on a permanent basis.
