Title: Warranty Engineer

Mission: Contribute, with Quality perspective, to ensure full compliance with Grupo Antolin guidelines and established quality performance targets for all NAFTA plants.

Job Functions / Tasks:

• Collaborate with Plants to achieve the expected customer satisfaction levels related to product conformity.
• Collaborate with Plants for not trespassing the expected quality and non quality cost levels.
• Support the manufacturing sites to achieve successful program launches in collaboration with APQP team members.
• Participate and support to minimize and/or eliminate the external escalations processes with customers.
• Support for all related training to quality, customer and other certification systems in the territory.
• Support when necessary for designated plant activities that help achieving their respective quality targets. This include, but not exclusive of, internal and external audits, warranty related activities, product/process validations, quality walls, etc.
   

Academic Education: Bachelor's degree

Professional Experience: 3 years or more in the automotive industry, with 2 years or more experience in quality / problem solving.

Personal Ablilites:

• Sit, stand and mobility to move around the office or manufacturing environment, when needed.
• Conduct computer work or engage in discussion with employees.
• May require travel.
• Self confident, good communication skills, proactivity, leadership, able to take decisions, team spirit, analytical, customer oriented
