Corporate Innovation leads at global level the process creation and activities related of new solutions from technology assessment, market analysis and valuation of new solutions to research, pre-development, validation, and achievement of the first RFIs/RFQs.

Mission:

In an international team, for which you are also a technical leader, you will be Global Director for Smart trim Applied Innovation projects (advanced engineering) – from customer needs definition to RFIs/RFQs. You will be the first point of contact during the entire term, both for our customer and for all other external and internal interfaces.

Responsibilities:

Define and lead a 3-year global innovation strategy Smart Trim Applied Innovation
Under Global Innovation Strategy guide, responsible of sales of first RFIs/RFQs of Smart Trim Innovative solutions
Management of Global Antolin Smart Trim Applied Innovation team and goals in Spain, France, Germany, GANA and Asia Pacific.
Technical contact person for the customer, in RFI up to the RFQ.
Planning, organization, coordination and control of the RFI project, taking into account all customer-specific and internal process specifications.
Management of the RFI/RFQ international project team (development, process, validation, purchasing, etc.) including technical, organizational and methodological support.
Responsibility for the technical definition of the product and bringing validated solutions to answer accurately to customer RFQs.
Support costing and product definition teams during RFQ phase.
Interface to internal and external suppliers regarding project management.
Ensuring a continuous flow of information in all relevant directions.

What we are looking for:

Engineering or Science/master’s degree will be a must. Open minded to innovative solutions, proactive in new technology proposals to achieve customer expectations Personal skills to manage functional organization.
Technical knowledge in trim products (DP, IP/Cockpit, FCC, HL, SV …) development in automotive. Also, in opto-electronics (system level), HMI and/or lighting are an important plus.
At least 15 years of experience in Engineering and Project middle management in automotive. Understanding of the OEMs’ innovation orientations, especially on long term. Good knowledge of the automotive field and the Grupo Antolin environment. Ideally with an automotive experience Advanced Engineering in OEMs.
Top management skills and skilled negotiation
Open minded to innovative solutions, proactive in new technology proposals to achieve customer expectations.
Independent way of working combined with the basic attitude of achieving the project goal together in a team.
Native German speaker, excellent (Level C2) English skills, French is an important plus.
