Mission:

 

The aim of this position is to manage a book of business by their supervisor and in line with management expectation and direction.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maximize the profitability of the factory, with the maximum Client satisfaction.
  • Assure safety regulations accomplishment and safety work environment in the factory.
  • Define Strategic plan of the factory, stablish, communicate, follow the strategic objectives of each department and manage the operative results. Analysis and follow up of the Factory results.
  • Coordinate, supervise and follow the annual budget to assure the meeting of the rules stated by the Board of Directors.
  • Improvement Plans regarding the profitability of products. Investment Plans application.
  • Total Quality Implementation and observance.
  • Coordinate Labour relations and negotiation of Conventions with unions.
  • Guarantee and implement Antolin Compliance directives in the factory and ensure Quality System accomplishment.

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • Academic Education: Mater degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Professional Experience: 5-7 years Operational Management / Plant Management.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • English and Czech: High level.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Successful track record doing turnarounds in plants and good profile in terms of leadership skills. Build and develop effective teams.
  • Professional and effective communication.
