Quality Assurance Engineer

• Check independently and objectively that AREA project work products and product development activities comply with templates and internal processes.

• Develop, implement and maintain a Quality Assurance Plan in alignment with leaders for the projects according to quality assurance internal process.

• Develop, implement and maintain a Configuration Management Plan in alignment with leaders for the projects according to configuration internal process

• Produce and report quality status according to quality work products requirements.

• Assure that non-conformances of AREA work products and processes are identified, recorded, communicated to the relevant parties, tracked, resolved, and further prevented.-

• Ensure that all problem-solving AREA activities follows the established methodology.

• Communicate, coach and support AREA teams and individuals on AREA quality related items.

• Detect, report and promote process improvement proposals.

• Participate in the definition and follow up of improvement action plans requested by customers.

• Participate in the communication with the customer in the topics related to AREA quality.

• Participate in the agreement with the customer about final product reports, report quality status and customer quality activities (audits, etc…).

• Encourage the employees to file relevant Lessons Learned for AREA quality.

• Support the deployment and improvement of AREA development processes within the business unit.

• Assist internal or external audits.

• Coordinate with manufacturing quality teams in order to assure quality in all GA phases.
