Job Description - 

Responsible for efforts estimation, resource planning for specific projects.     
Responsible for preparations of Technical Dossier at project start & presenting to customer during RFQ stage.     
Responsible for timely delivery of project deliverables & releases including 3D & 2D.      
Responsible for discussions & review of feasibility studies & allied documents (BOM etc.) with Internal Antolin CFT & customer.     
Approving SC/CC for the parts & releasing to drawing team post review with plant teamy.     
Discuss & review proposals to clear manufacturing feasibility, through design guidelines, previous project data, benchmarking etc.    
Responsible for LOP (List of Open Points)/ DR (Design review sheet) maintenance with customer and closure on time before releases.    
Responsible for NO QCD impact (Quality, cost & delay) due to design flaws in entire project life cycle i.e. from concept phase to completion of DVP.  
Responsible for timely & duly verified PPCR/IPA documents preparations and release them into DMS.     
Responsible for LL documentation, review with Asst Managers & plant CFTs and registering them into LL app.     
Assist Technical Lead in GA DMU meetings, MOMs preparations & action launches.     
Lead the development/industrialization activities, DVP etc. with customer & GA CFT.     
Responsible for TCE/PLM & PPCR IPA milestones and adhering to the milestones.     
Ensuring outsourcing activities to design suppliers through Sr Design Engineer, and approve the hours each week.     
Responsible for training of External engineer as and when needed to enable him to work on GA tasks     
Approving Tooling checklist releasing to GA CFT & Tool maker during Tooling releases.
