FL Drivers (INLF07)

Functions / Tasks:
 
 - Ensure that the Manufacturing Department is kept supplied with the necessary materials needed for production and to insure all material taken to the lines are done on a(FIFO) method.
 - Empty all trash dumpsters/containers, along with the trimmings, that is produced during production. 
 - Responsible for loading & unloading of all trucks.  They will provide assistance to the Material Handler Leader when requested.
 - Maintaining FIFO in the warehouse.  Insure that all raw materials are placed in the proper location.
 - When receiving raw material, the Material Handler will verify that the packing slip and quantity received match.  
 - Place material in the proper location after ensuring that material is not listed on the LSP Board
 - When quantity does not match slip, note discrepancies on packing slip and if possible the delivery receipt and notify production materials coordinator or materials manager.
 - Responsible for changing all waterjet bucks when requested by production.
 - Place all Finished Goods in the proper location using FIFO.  
 - Make sure all skids are stacked and placed in proper location
 - Keep Warehouse clean
 - To comply with the requirements of the companies Quality Manual, Environmental Manual, procedures, Instructions, and process cards 
 - Keep the compactor/dumpster area clean of any loose trash.
 - Responsible for maintaining their forklift, to do the daily checklist before the start of the shift, along with cleaning the lift when needed.
 - Report any damage to any vehicles immediately
 - Material Handlers assigned to Shipping and Receiving Work Area must complete a 5S Checklist daily and turn into your direct supervisor that you report to
 - Responsible to comply with all Fork Lift safety practices and procedures at all times.

 

ACADEMIC EDUCATION

PROFFESIONAL EXPERIENCE
(minimum / desirable)
1 / 2 years Fork Lift Driver experience - Permit holder
