E-Quality Engineer

1 - Assure to Customers the quality levels expected in the project during the project development.
2 - Support Customer with all the E-Quality activities during the project development.
3 - Participate in Project teams, with dependance of Project Manager.
4 - Participate in Multifunctional Teams for the required activities (FMEA,Control Plan, Process Qualification Conditions,…)
5 - Continue improvements to establish robust, standards-based engineering processes to meet: Safety and Quality needs of the Projects; Costs reduction and Timming.
7 - Support other Functions (intra or interdepartmental) in order to achieve Grupo Antolin objectives.
8 - Reports to E-Quality Manager.
9 - Plan and Perform the activities under E-Quality Project responsability established for Project Development and in agreement with P06.6 and Customer expectations.
Validation Tasks:
1 - Colaborate with the Project Manager in the PQF report.
2 - Define, plan, coordinate and monitoring Electronic Product Validation, assuring compliance of the Quality and Reliability requirements established, promoting validation
3 - Monitoring of Test to be done in agreement with the Validation Plan during the Projects Development
4 - E-Quality Project Engineer is the Safety Project Manager of the Safety Projects in which he participates as a quality member.
5 - The Safety Project manager shall be responsible for the planning and coordination of the functional safety activities in the development phases, according P06.6 procedure.
6 - The Safety Project Manager shall be responsible for maintaining the safety plan, and for monitoring the progress of the safety activities against the safety plan according P06.6 procedure
Control Tasks:
1 - During project development, manage and maintain up-to-date the monitoring of acceptance of initial samples of Suppliers, in coordination with the others functions involved.
2 - Promote the application of the procedures by Project Team during the development of the activities (Consistency & Quality Reviews,...)
3 - Define the verifications of sets, subsets and parts to be carried out throughout the development of the project. Define the methods to carry out these verifications and manage the tools and means necessary for these verifications (control tools, prototype control plan, preseries). Execute and report such verifications
4 - Define the verifications of sets, subsets and explodes to be made during the series life. Define the methods to carry out these verifications and manage the tools and means necessary for these verifications (control tools, serial control plan). Manage with plant quality the validation of documents and media.
Documentation Tasks:
1 - Perform and manage documentation and records resulting from the application of Project Development activities.
2 - Ensure that each element of the Project (document, file,  label,…) is properly configured (in agreement with Configuration Plan stablised)
