Mission:

 

The aim of this position is develop designs for projects and modify existing products or designs to increase efficiency or improve performance.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop engineering models and generating the concept sections, master sections and Engineering for style surface maturation and finalization.
  • Design and modify parts as per customer requirements to achieve its function considering interface packaging, manufacturing and assembly aspects.
  • Responsible to follow up all the standard work procedures, methodologies etc during the works.
  • Collaborate with the teams to ensure quality as per company standards and timely product releases.
  • Recommend, develop and implement process improvements.

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • Bachelor of Engineering.
  • Experience in similar functions (6 years).
  • Experience in drawing creation, GD&T application on plastic parts & tolerance stack-up analysis.
  • Good knowledge and experience of CATIA application on plastic parts.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge and experience in Instrument Panel, Centre Console, Door Trims & Pillar Trims, soft Trims development and validation of passenger or commercial vehicles).
  • Expert in Catia V5  or UGNX modelling in all modules (solid, surface design, assembly design and kinematics).
  • English: High level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to write detailed design documents.
